Ayame is a beautiful young girl from Ryuugai (Japan) that is living a carefree life in search of happiness. One fateful day, she met Robert, a CIA agent who was in Ryuugai during a mission. They become engaged and she moves to Heaven City (USA) with him.
When she arrives in Heaven City, she realizes not everyone is who they seem to be. Ayame will have some issues connecting with her future son-in-law that is almost as old as she is.
Her bosses and co-workers in her potential jobs all seem to have ulterior agendas, and even her old life comes back to haunt her in Heaven City.
Ayame Sawada
Ayame is the protagonist of Fleeting Iris. She is a beautiful, kind, trusting, and innocent young woman who just got engaged and moved to Heaven City in pursuit of love and new adventures.
Robert Townsend
Robert is Ayame’s fiancé. A CIA agent who met Ayame during an intel-gathering mission in Nippon to find the source of a new drug in Heaven City. He had no luck finding the source, but maybe he found something even better.
Jack Townsend
Jack is the son of Robert from his previous marriage. Jack is a mix of a nerd kid who is actually decent at sports due to his gifted physique, so he’s somewhat popular at school whenever he keeps his mouth shut to hide his true otaku colors. He resents his father and blames him for his mother leaving.
Dan Garcia
Robert and Ayame’s next-door neighbor. The quarterback of the Heaven City’s own Pegasus Knight football team. He is highly regarded as one of the best quarterbacks in league history, but he’s now at the end of his career, so he plays limited minutes due to past injuries. He is married to the supermodel Adriana Garcia.
Adriana Pérez-Garcia
Robert and Ayame’s next-door neighbor. A supermodel for one of the hottest model agencies in the world.
She has a very haughty attitude but is very friendly once you get to know her. She is married to the football player Dan Garcia. Since she only became famous after marrying Dan, most people don’t know her full last name.
Clarke Steel
Clarke is Robert’s partner in the CIA. He sees Robert as a mentor, but more than that he considers him the brother he never had. While goofy and playful, Clarke is very responsible and a consummate professional when it comes to keeping the streets of Heaven City safe.

Fleeting Iris is a big game that starts of good. In the beginning you can do a good bit of exploring and get into some activities. Your first job you start on you wait tables with a play style like cake mania. You actually wait tables. And when an adult situation happens in the pub you have the choice to stop it or let it proceed. Also in the park an adult situation comes up that also gives you the option to stop it from happening or let it happen. After that 2 scenes the game goes completely on auto. The game turns into a visual novel that goes completely out of control. You make one decision afterwards it drags you to what ever ending that’s on that scene. The good ending or true ending takes about 30 mins to get to just refuse the pub owner advancement and the advancement of Iris father in law and the game just says 2 months later and its over.(no Spoiler). All the other scenes are the same. This game has a big problem with locking routes you choose one thing and its lock down that proves as a huge disaster for this game. Like choose the family and the game locks you in the house and cancel everything else, You can not leave the house at this point just scenes to watch No chooses, no refusal the developer is know playing the game for you. Choose the neighbors it locks down and cancel everything else. Sit back and watch the developer play the game. You can only go one way and not enjoy living in the city or enjoy the other jobs. Gameplay is thrown completely out no more waiting tables or interacting with costumers just scenes with the boss. No gameplay in the adult content either like you can’t choose what adult content you want Iris to do or even refuse by this point the game turns into 95% visual novel. Their is nothing to do on the weekend, no back alley street fun, no dining out, no nothing. Their are a lot of routes but they are all in sections which means you need to save. Their are 99 save blocks and believe me that’s not enough. Fleeting Iris doesn’t play as a complete game it plays like a cluster of mini novels. So when you play the game for a while you get to a fork of which path you want to view make sure you save a lot because its lock down after a decision. But with all these saves you just made you have to remember which one is which and be careful not to do what I did and save over a game I was trying to load. So make sure you save often. I stand by this 3 out of 5 this is a big game but I think it was to big for the developers. The money you make means nothing because theirs nothing to buy or even pay of the pub owner. The developers play 95% of the game for you like a visual novel. LOL this game reminded me of when I was a kid. My big brother would come home and smack the controller out of my hand and started playing the game leaving me the options of watching him play and shut up if I knew what was good for me or watching him play and quietly pout if I knew what was good for me LOL fleeting Iris bought back memories. The art is good with some motion, The scripts was ok but kind of boring with every man giving the same I’m better than your husband line. Honestly some of the lines I just speed through. To many endings. They could have kept most of this endings to their self. Like the rich mob guy that turned out to be her dad they should have stayed with the CIA bit and took him down instead..(developer tried to hard to NTR the game) In my opinion the developer should work on the game play on all Iris jobs included waiting in the s club and the decision making with adult content. You know its a problem when the developers own character makes fun of how fast things are happening referring to what Iris said in the s club. The developer should do some work in the city by unlocking all the areas and have at least some interaction with the NPC’s. Let the players make the choice of what Iris do, In other words let the players play the game.
